Most software rollouts fail because nobody documented the process. We start with the notebook — then configure ERPNext or Zoho to match what we found. Not the other way around.
No "implementations." No "modules." Just outcomes — and the work it takes to get there.
Watch what actually happens — every step, every exception, every person-dependency — and write it down. The work everyone else skips. The reason ours stick.
Purchases, production, accounts, stores — one place, talking to each other. Configured around your process. GST built in.
Every enquiry, every quote, every overdue rupee — tracked, searchable, chased. No more losing the same customer twice.
Attendance, leave, payroll, PF, ESI, TDS — on autopilot. Month-end stops depending on one person and one Excel.
When nothing off-the-shelf fits, we build it. APL Apollo's QOS tracks 7 production lines at 3.5 m/sec — that's what one of these looks like.
Go-live is the start, not the end. We stay until your team uses it without us — and ERPshala, our academy, trains the next bench.
ERP, CRM, HRM, custom apps — deployed on Frappe ERPNext for depth, on Zoho for speed. We pick the right tool for where your business is today, then grow with you.
Full process depth. Manufacturing, projects, multi-company. India statutory built in.
Books + Inventory + Billing + Subscriptions, native to the Zoho stack. Live in weeks.
Single ledger from lead to invoice. Best when ERPNext is the system of record.
Battle-tested pipeline + automation. Bigin for first-time CRM teams, CRM for mature funnels.
PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, full-and-final — inside the bench. Payroll on autopilot.
Mobile attendance + leave + payroll. Right when team is < 100 and HR is one person.
When the workflow has to live inside ERPNext — like APL Apollo's QOS at 3.5 m/sec.
Approvals, intake forms, field workflows. Click-built, mobile-ready in days.
Not a list of sectors we want to enter. These are where we have delivered for real clients.
Steel · Cement · Power · Engineering
Food · Rice mills · Rolling mills · Scrap
Logistics · Construction · Auto dealerships
Tiles · Sanitary · Showrooms · Experience centres
Designed and deployed a custom Quality Observations System (QOS) integrated across 7 production lines at APL Apollo's Kesda manufacturing unit. Real-time quality tracking at peak throughput of 3.5 metres per second during coil processing.
Bringing process discipline to silo fabrication operations.
Prime Silo India is a Raipur-based manufacturer of cement and flyash silos serving infrastructure, construction, and industrial clients. As production scaled, the team needed structured visibility into how quotations were issued and purchases were tracked — workflows that scattered spreadsheets could no longer support. Profezzo partnered with Prime Silo to map their core business processes and digitise the quotation-to-purchase workflow, replacing ad-hoc trails with a single auditable system.
“ERP is not a technology. It is the DNA of your business. We document how you work first — then make the software match. Not the other way around.”
Profezzo started in 2018 in Raipur because we kept seeing ERP rollouts fail for the same reason: nobody documented the process before configuring the software. Twenty-six MSME clients and sixty-two projects later, we still start every engagement with a notebook, not a feature list. Today: four tier-2 hubs — Raipur, Visakhapatnam, Bhubaneshwar, Ranchi. Recognised by Startup India, DIPP25126.
Three industry-native products in development — built from real client work, not market research.
Site supervisor’s tablet — indents, RA bills, P&M, manpower, cash voucher.
Yard, weighbridge, e-way bills, GST, dispatch — single weighbridge entry.
Matter, hearings, deadlines, client portal, fee invoicing for advocates and chambers.
Working professionals upskill on Saturdays. The best graduates either join Profezzo or staff a client rollout. The only ERP programme in India that trains all 5 implementation roles together.
45-minute discovery, on-site or video. We come prepared with the questions that matter for your sector — not a generic discovery deck.
