So we started Profezzo — to build, for owners like us, the kind of system we always wished we'd had when we were the ones on the floor.
For more than twenty years, we ran real businesses — in steel, in mining, in manufacturing. We lived the long days: chasing a number that should have been in front of us, watching stock pile up as cash we couldn't see, taking decisions on gut because the data simply wasn't there when it mattered.
We tried the software that was on offer. It was built for someone else — big companies, far away, with problems that weren't ours. We paid for features we never touched, and our people quietly went back to their registers and their phones. The tools didn't fail because the technology was bad. They failed because nobody behind them had ever actually run a business like ours.
So we decided to do it ourselves — properly. To sit with owners, understand how their business truly works, and build them one honest system that fits. Not a product off a shelf. Something made for them, that they own. That is Profezzo.
The problem is never "which software." It's how the business runs. Fix that first, and the technology becomes obvious.
Your business isn't a template. We learn its real shape — the exceptions, the workarounds, the way you actually work — and build to that.
