So we started Profezzo. We set up for owners the system we wished we had when we ran businesses ourselves.
For twenty years we ran businesses in steel, mining and manufacturing. We chased numbers that should have been on our desk. We watched stock pile up while cash ran short. Too often we decided on gut, because the facts came too late.
The software on offer was made for big companies. Our people tried it, then went back to registers and phones. The problem was not the technology. Nobody behind it had run a business like ours.
So we do it ourselves. We sit with owners, learn how the business really runs, set up one system that fits it, and put AI to work on the routine. The business owns it. That is Profezzo.
The question is never "which software". It is how the business runs. Get that right and the system follows.
