What we hear at every mill

A good season can still end in penalties and a thin margin.

Start where it hurts

Start with the one thing that costs you most.

Most mills begin with the custom milling balance, the part still kept in registers. The rest of the mill follows when you are ready.

Questions

Asked by millers.

Does it follow the custom milling rules of Chhattisgarh and Odisha?

It is set up for the state your mill works with: release orders, deliveries, acceptances, balances and deadlines, in the formats your agency uses. We check them with you before go-live.

We already use Tally and other software. Do we throw them away?

No. Dhaan Setu and Niryat Setu connect to what you already use, whether Excel, Tally or another ERP, and add what it cannot do. Move to Udyog Setu only when you want the whole mill on one system.

How long does it take?

Dhaan Setu is usually running in about 30 days; Udyog Setu and Niryat Setu depend on what the diagnosis finds. You get the plan and the date in writing before we start.

Can my people use it?

Yes. We train them on your floor, in Hindi or English, with your own entries. Supervisors can speak an entry instead of typing it.

Which Setu is right for my mill?

Dhaan Setu if you mill paddy for the state, Niryat Setu if you export, and Udyog Setu to run the whole mill on one system, with the other two plugged in. The diagnosis tells you where to start.

Do you also work with poha, dal and flour mills?

The same way of working fits them: raw material bought in, yield per lot, by-products, packing and dispatch. Talk to us about your mill.

What does the AI layer do, and who is in charge?

It does the routine work: reading slips and papers from a photo, taking Hindi voice entries, flagging a lot or a deadline at risk, and drafting statements, orders and reminders. It drafts and warns; a person on your team approves anything that matters, and every action is recorded.

Who owns the system and the data?

You do. It runs on a server of your own, you decide who sees what, and every list exports to Excel.
