# Profezzo Register

The single home for **policies and processes**, with version control. Every edit to a page here is stored as a revision — open a page and use *Revisions* to see who changed what, when, and to compare versions.

## How this register is organised

- **HR Policies** — people policies (WFH, leave, conduct). The wiki page is the living text; the signed DOCX master stays in File Manager → Home → HR Policies.
- **Processes** — how work flows at Profezzo. Bot-executed SOPs live in the SOP register (Desk → SOP list, 103 records, also version-tracked); human-facing process guides live here.

## Rules of the register

1. Pages are **internal** — guest access stays off.
2. Edits by non-moderators become **drafts** (Wiki Page Patch) that a moderator approves before publishing.
3. Policy pages state their version and link the signed master file.
4. Retired policies are marked *Superseded* at the top, never silently deleted.
